Jeff was raised in Southern California. He has been a full-time resident of the Coachella Valley for the past 25+ years, having moved to the desert from Orange County in 1992.
Since his graduation from USC in 1983, Jeff has had an active, multi-disciplinary involvement in the Real Estate Industry.
From 1983 through 1990, Jeff served as an Assistant Vice President with Landauer Associates, Inc., providing real estate valuation and advisory services to a variety of public, private and institutional clients.
After earning his MAI designation in 1990, Jeff founded Investment Property Advisors, a commercial real estate appraisal and consulting firm. The firm has also been involved in the brokerage of residential and commercial properties. In 2012, Jeff founded Jeff Wysard Desert Luxury Homes, affiliating with Keller Williams Realty as a Broker Associate. In 2019, Jeff Wysard Desert Luxury Homes became an independent brokerage firm.. Jeff’s geographic area of specialty is Southern California, with an emphasis on the Coachella Valley. As a 25+ year resident of this area, he has acquired specialized knowledge of the local trends affecting real estate values.
Since the beginning of his real estate career, Jeff has been actively involved in the ownership and operation of investment real estate in Southern California. This has included apartment buildings in Costa Mesa, an industrial building in Harbor City and a retail building in Lakewood. In addition, Jeff has been an active participant in the acquisition and management of his family’s real estate holdings, which currently include over 180,000 square feet of single and multi-tenant industrial properties in Los Angeles and San Diego Counties. Jeff is the proud father of two sons, Ben and Sam. His interests include world travel and vintage sports cars. Jeff is also an accomplished golfer, having competed at both the amateur and professional levels.
